Our founder, Javid Barnes, grew up sketching birds on her windowsill, pressing flowers in her journal, and whispering secrets to the animals she encountered on long walks through the woods. Nature was more than just a backdrop to her life – it was her refuge, her inspiration, and her first muse.
As she grew older, Javid’s art deepened – evolving from sketches on paper to hand-painted designs on fabric. With a heart full of wildflowers and soft fur, she began creating sweatshirts that captured the feeling of the outdoors and the comfort of home. Each piece tells a story: a fox under falling leaves, a sleeping cat bathed in the afternoon sun, a flower blooming in the silence.
What started as a personal project soon became something bigger-a way to share that magic with others who find beauty in the soft, the quiet, the overlooked. And so, Ltashirt was born-a brand born from the belief that clothing can be art, comfort, and connection all at once.
