At Ltashirt, we aim to be flexible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, here’s how we can assist.

Cancelling Your Purchase

Had a change of heart? You can get a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation, just send us an email right away at support@ltashirt.com. Be sure to include your order number and state that you’d like to cancel. If your request is submitted within that 12-hour timeframe and your order hasn’t begun production yet, we’ll process your full refund. Once your order is in production, however, cancellation is no longer an option.

Updating Your Shipping Address

Need to correct your delivery address? If your order is in production but hasn’t shipped yet, we might still be able to change it for you.

To update your address, please email us as soon as possible at support@ltashirt.com. We’ll do our best to make the adjustment before it leaves our facility. Once your package has been dispatched, we unfortunately can’t make any further changes.

Order Change

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
We kindly ask you to double-check all order details—including size, color, and shipping information—before completing checkout, as changes cannot be made once your order has been shipped.

Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
